Can I use a purchase order for Internet orders?
Our Internet pricing is lower than our catalog pricing because we are getting pre-payment for the order. Because a purchase order is not necessarily guaranteed up front payment, we cannot offer the same pricing.
What is the difference between 1 ply and 2 ply boards?
Our display boards are made of recycled corrugated cardboard. Our 1 ply board, the MARKO and MARKC boards, are 1 layer of the corrugated cardboard. Our 2 ply boards are made with 2 layers of the corrugated cardboard. Both are sturdy, but the 2 ply offers a more robust product.
Is there a way to get a better price than the Internet price for Showboard products?
Our website instructs our clients to call Showboard, Inc. for quantity price breaks. In most cases, our Internet pricing is the lowest possible pricing we can offer. If you have any questions, give us a call at 1-800-323-9189.
Can I return an item if I am not satisfied?
If any customer is not satisfied with the product they ordered, for any reason, we would be happy to take it back. If the customer wants to return an un-used product, they will be expected to pay the shipping charges for sending it back and a 15% restocking fee will be taken out of the credit to the account. What is the return policy at Showboard, Inc.?
For items that the customer is unsatisfied with or were over-ordered, please see previous question. For damaged or missing items, please call Showboard, Inc. customer service at 1-800-323-9189. We will be happy to either replace the damaged or missing items. We can also credit your account, if that serves your needs better.
Would it be possible to receive my shipment quicker than usual?
We do offer express shipping. Available shipping is 3-Day Select, 2-Day Select, and Next Day Air. For pricing on this special shipping, call Showboard, Inc. at 1-800-323-9189. To give an accurate quote, we will need the exact amount of items you will be ordering and the shipping zip code.
What will I be charged for regular shipping
Most of the time, when you order boards east of the Mississippi river, shipping is free - west add 20% of your total order. Without a case of boards, shipping is determined by the weight of the box. What quantity makes up a case of boards?
Due to the fact that we have so many different types of boards, the case quantities vary. These quantities go as follows:
1 ply 36x48 white and color - 25 boards in a case
2 ply 36x48 white and color - 18 boards in a case
2 ply 48x48 white and color - 18 boards in a case
2 ply 18x48 white and color - 36 boards in a case
2 ply 24x48 white and color - 36 boards in a case
2 ply 15x20 white (no color) - 24 boards in a case
2 ply 36x64 white (no color) - 12 boards in a case
2 ply 48x68 white (no color) - 12 boards in a case
Foam boards white or color - 18 boards in a case
Starter Kits in white or color - 20 kits in a case
*a customer can mix color and white boards to make up their case.
I see that there is a minimum for ordering display boards. Can I order less than the minimum?
Yes, anyone can order under the minimum amount. Although, in this case, the regular shipping rules do not apply. If you are going to order under the minimum amount, please call Showboard, Inc. at 1-800-323-9189 for the shipping charges for your specific order.
What percentage of Showboard, Inc. display boards comes from recycled materials?
At Showboard, Inc. we pride ourselves on having display boards that can be recycled to help our environment. Each 1 ply and 2 ply display board is made with about 30% post consumer materials.
