"The purchase was made for a middle school science class. The items purchased were 130 each of a 2-ply presentation board. I spoke with customer service and they were very helpful. The customer service rep. notified me that I would get a better price if I purchased through their internet site. The price was better. The customer service rep. told me that the shipping would be free. When I placed the order on the internet, I put a note in the comments section that I was unsure if the free shipping applied to internet orders. I asked them to call me if it did not apply. I received a message on my answering machine the next day that the shipping was indeed free. The items arrived within two days of purchase. I appreciated the ease of placing an order, the helpful customer service department and the free shipping. It would be helpful if quantity discounts were also available on the internet website. Our school district has received so many budget cuts that price is a major concern. For items of this nature, the cost must be born by the students or teachers. The school is a non-profit organization and any cost savings acquired is passed on to the students and teachers. There are several science teachers at the school who are now very interested in making purchases from the Showboard Store."
